How do I create an account?

You can create an account for free on checkout at cosypooch.co.nz. Doing so will allow you to add your pets to your profile so you are shown products that suit your pet.

It will also speed up your shopping experience allowing you to:

  • Track delivery of your order in My Account

  • Subscribe to our helpful newsletters

  • View your order history online

What do I do if I forget my password?

It happens to everyone. If you have forgotten your password enter your email address here and we will send you an email with a link in it which will allow you to create a new one.

How do I change my email address or password?

You can change your email address simply logging in and clicking My Account and then Edit Profile. Keeping your details up to date helps orders be delivered smoothly.
